Alex Putzer is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bridge Advisory Group, overseeing all brokerage operations with a focus on strategic growth and execution.
He holds a BA in Business Management from the University of St. Andrews and has a proven ability to guide clients through complex transactions across New York City. He has executed transactions across residential, commercial, investment sales, and capital markets, with a focus on leasing, and has closed over $4 million in annualized leases to date.
Before co-founding Bridge, Alex worked as an analyst at Woodglen Investments and later served as Director for a family office overseeing residential and commercial real estate.
